 Energy Healing (also called Medical QiGong) is a highly effective therapeutic type of Bodywork that utilizes Universal (external) and Emitted (internal) Qi (the Vital energy or the universal essence which flows throughout the human body and all living things). It is based on the same systems used in Acupuncture, Eastern Medicine, and many other bodywork Therapies. It is successfully performed by a highly trained practitioner or Master who has the experience, skill, and knowledge to understand Energy Impairments, and how to resolve them. QiGong therapy is highly effective in relieving acute symptomatology, body aches, pains, and illnesses, and is an excellent way to relieve chronic pain and aid healing of all kinds of health conditions including those suffering from Infertility. It is also an enjoyable and Rejuvenating therapy for those who feel generally well.

Master Hou’s unique type of Energy Healing uses both hands-on and hands-off techniques which move and balance the flow of Qi, relieving Qi blockages and allowing Qi and blood to circulate effectively throughout the body. Hands-on techniques entail applying deep-tissue acupressure and therapeutic massage with emitted Qi to key acupoints along the Meridian System. Hands-off methods involve manipulating the Qi from above and around the body without physically touching the patient.  Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory contends that Qi (energy) flows throughout the human body and all living things. When this energy is Blocked or Imbalanced, Discomfort and Disease sets in.  Qi energy supports the body's Natural Healing Mechanisms, making it an Effective and Beneficial Complement to many Therapies, including Standard medical treatment.
